| Please I beg you to read and to join in the rally this saturday against acts of injustice and police brutality.
In Honor of my brother Mike Cho
Some of you may have read recent articles about a KA male, Mike Cho, who was shot at a local liquor store in the city of La Habra on the 31st of December. Mike Cho was actually a dear friend of mine since high school and attended the same church with me during the last couple months. The reports of his passing have been very inconsistent with the truth and I'm writing this to notify those who seek justice to take a stand.
The press has reported misleading accounts of his passing, labeling him a criminal as if he were holding a weapon of some sort and retaliating against police warnings, yet they (police) were never able to release information on whether he even had possession of any sort of weapon. Some articles have said that Mike fit the description of a male who was tagging (graffiti) in the local neighborhood. The result was that Mike was brutally shot by two police officers up to 10 times. I've posted a Korean article (that doesn't right out label him a criminal) that shows the footage of what happened. He had no such weapon (information that the police and DA have not even released whether he possessed any at all) and he was walking away from the situation.
(I've posted two other articles that hide the reality and horrendous nature of what really happened) http://www.koreatimes.com/article/articleview.asp?id=425105

In no way am I bashing on police officers, but these two policemen did not perform their duty as law officers. Instead of restraining or calming the situation, they decided to take the power that they possessed and use it in the worst possible way. They took the life of a friend, brother, skilled artist, and future graduate student of Yale College without thinking of other possibilites. I am mad, I am furious, and the fact that these policemen are given paid leave just sickens me.
I plead with anyone who reads this to please participate in a vigil that will be held tomorrow, Saturday the 5 of January, at the site of the shooting. The purpose of the vigil will be to get more notice in this wrongful act and to let the press and others really be involved in pursuing this investigation. I know that you all have heard of others instances of injustice by authority figures and now you have the opportunity to really take a stand. I've attached the address of the vigil below. I know almost everyone reading this never knew of Mike, but now you do and I really plead for those to come out and support this cause and honor Mike Cho. Thank you

| I haven't updated in forever again, and I keep making promises of making a grand revolutionary post, but no it seems not. I guess the past couple months I've been crazy about the LSATs and now that thats over, I'm all excited for Christmas but haven't finished shopping yet. I love the holidays and this Christmas seems as though it will be very memorable and a real blessing. Love the cold weather and the clear skies, and hopefully boarding sometime this winter.
Anyways the real reason I'm posting is about the flyer (below) for my gf's neighbor who is looking for used/broken cell phones or ipods which will be used as donations to pay for Aaron's medical expenses. I don't really know Aaron himself, but I've been able to see how much the disease has eaten away at his body and I see his dad quite often and even though he seems very friendly, he masks a deep hurt and pain because of his son's illness. I know I've been very MIA and probably havent spoken to many of you in ages and I feel bad asking but if you could or like to help, it would go very far for this family. Thank everyone. Hope to see all of you very soon.

I'll end with a post of final glorious sweet victory. I've seriously lost all my battles to D, but finally got retribution. But I ain't no flaunter, shes greattttt!!!!

| This time change thing bugs. So I guess daylight savings came like 3 weeks early this year. Freaken bummer, and it seems as though its gonna be devilishly hot year. Maybe I can finally work on my tan this year or I mean after 6 years of being blinding people can actually look at me when they talk to me. Anyways I wanna go on random blog that includes no pictures. (ok I lied only one) I don't actually read people's xanga that don't have pictures and its kinda sad isn't because sometimes people write some interesting things. Thats if its not too long or forget it. jk I read pictureless entries. (sometimes) My weekends have been pretty exciting the last 2-3 months. You can include the weekdays too. ^_^ This week starts the season of business. I finally get to teach everyday and I start Testmasters this Sunday. I'm aiming to get 165+, so if I don't talk to you don't take it personally because I still love you just gonna be busy. I leave you with a picture of victory. haha I love Disneyland!!! who let the dog out. whoop whoop!!
****** Ok ok, so the picture above me is really fake. Dee really beat me on this ride twice. I think the score machine at Disney was a little jacked up. The real score was like 150,000 me, and Dee had 190,000. So she actually won and no I didn't really destroy her. There goes my bragging rights. Thanks a lot Disney, thanks a lott...
